The reducer which varies AWG25 to AWG90 is made of aluminum alloy die-cast. It has a compact structure, rust-proof surface, and small volume to save mounting space.

The reducer mould covering AWG10 to AWG150 is made of cast iron using aluminum mould casting. It is solid, visually refined, and suitable for multi-azimuth installation.

• Loading condition
• Speed scope or transmission ratio
• Working condition and environment
• Installation space

Define the working condition coefficient K1 and revision coefficient K2:

• Determine machinery load types A, B, or C according to Table 1.
• Obtain coefficient K1 based on daily operating hours and start frequency.
• Inspect working conditions and select coefficient K2 from Table 2.
